Float
6 MONTHS TO 6 YEARS OLD
The first (and most important) step in the ISR Self-Rescue Program is the float. Students learn breath control, correct floating posture, and the skills to rollback to a float and maintain this life-saving position until help arrives.
Since 86% of drownings occur when children are fully clothed, students practice their self-rescue skills during the final week of lessons in pjs and winter clothing tests (which can add 10-15lbs!).

Swim
2 TO 6 YEARS OLD
After students master their float, we teach them to be amazing independent swimmers! Students learn proper breath control, correct swimming posture (face in the water), and the skills to continue the swim-float-swim sequence reach safety.
Students practice their self-rescue skills in pjs and winter clothing during the final week of lessons, and parents are invited to join us in the pool for a day to learn how to maintain your little's fancy new skills.

Refresh
PROGRAM GRADUATES
Maintaining and furthering your little’s self-rescue skill development is extremely important. Children grow and develop rapidly from infants to toddlers, and young children. This development process represents improved strength, coordination, and a more finely tuned cognitive ability.
In accordance with this growth, program graduates are encouraged to participate in maintenance lessons in subsequent sessions or refresher lessons annually.
GIFT CARD
Give the Gift of Peace
of Mind
ISR swim lessons not only teach littles how to survive should they find their way to the water alone, they also build confidence, teach persistence and a healthy respect for the water, and provide caregivers with invaluable peace of mind.
Gift cards can be applied to any type of lesson we teach, and are available in any denomination.
